Energy Services Platform – The IntelliGEN ESP™ provides secure, Web-based application functionality for all demand management business processes enabling market participants to:
- Prepare, submit, and confirm participation in demand response programs
- Automate the submission of bids according to the Grid Operator timelines
- Communicate and Manage client facility, and aggregation groups
- Manage data, telemetry and settlement process
- Manage security, user authentication, and connection reliability
Reporting Services – The IntelliGEN ESP™ provides a web-viewable report generation application that gives clients the ability to quickly understand, warehouse, and navigate through the volumes of data for customized reporting. The reporting application brings together real time data captured by IntelliGEN’s ESP information system to allow clients to view data at the highest granularities. Clients can access financial statements and reports 24 hours a day from any computer via a standard browser, utilizing secure login access through the IntelliGEN website. This service is provided through proprietary IntelliGEN ESP™ technology and available Grid Operator sources.
Revenue Estimation – IntelliGEN will provide preliminary estimates of revenue statements prior to the production and release of an actual settlement statement from the Grid Operator.
Revenue Validation – IntelliGEN will provide validation of the accuracy of the revenues that appear on an actual financial statement from the Grid Operator. IntelliGEN will recalculate the charges using the utility data files and internal available telemetry data to help ensure that the payments are accurate .
24/7 Operations Support – The IntelliGEN Resources Operations Center professionals deliver, in real time, both operations support and counterparty transaction management services. Operations support services includes event notifications, resource deployment, and customer communication. The Operations Center also serve as an around-the-clock technology help desk, providing full support for our services.
Remote Back Up Services – IntelliGEN ESP information technology systems has two geographically dispersed data centers for dual redundancy, enabling continuing demand side management operations in almost any circumstance.
